Kinads Media website
Kinads Media is a cinema advertising company that provides commercials to independent cinemas in Poland. After about 11 years of service, the company’s management decided to refresh the old website. The task was given to Devs House – web development company and to the graphic designers currently working for Kinads – Kalina Szyszka and me. Later updates on icons were prepared with Zofia Kołąta, when she joined our team.

Development
Starting point
Design of previous website was very outdated and not intuitive and when we started,there have been pieces of previous attempts to modernise it. We used some of those foundation, but overall, new website was designed by us from scratch.
Before the actual design process started, we conducted small survey with employee to ckeck what aspects they find the most important when it comes to presenting company to potential clients.
Process
First step of the process was analyzing results of survey and talks with the company’s board. Followed by paper prototype with notes. Then we focused on creating and collecting necessary elements like first set of icons, pictures and texts. Next step was Adobe XD mockup, which we later transfered to Devs House.

Result
Final project
Website was succesfully launched and any later changes were conducted by Kalina Szyszka and me until October 2023.
Major impact on final result had new set of icons designed by Zofia Kołątaj around autumn 2023.
