Surf Siberia 

During first months of Covid-19 pandemy we’ve noticed need for access to good-quality pieces of  culture: films, theatrical plays, books from the library. In our school we decided to promote free “hidden gems” by using posters. 

Surf Siberia is a team of russian extreme surfers, who aim cold waters of Arctic Ocean, Kamtchathka Penninsula and kuril Islands as their adventure destinations. Beuty of nature and extreme endevour of these surfers persuasdes me to spread information about them by posters. 

Style is a combination of vibrant colours and strong shapes which reffer to Soviet constructivism and more modern techniques including forsaking the grid.

The posters were created as part of Visual Communication Design Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
